The NYC band’s powerful beats and varied roots, much like the vegetable, will leave their mark after your first listen. The West-Indies born lead singer, Fiona Wilkes, comes from Leeds, England, Jason Mills, the drummer and bassist, hails from Virginia whilst the percussionist Marivaldo Dos Santos is from Brazil. The three of them have been making sweet music together since 2001 but have also taken Wynne Bennett (keys) and Jonathan Powell (trumpet) on board since. Read More
