6 year old Sandwich may not seem that appetizing but this one is still as fresh as ever. Sandwiches opened its doors in 2003 and has been bringing quality acts and events to Wellington (New Zealand) for the pas 6 years. SummerSet is Wellington’s excellent club Sandwiches‘ way of saying farewell to summer g’day to the fall. While in Europe we are enjoying the first days of spring, summer’s nearly out in New Zealand! On Saturday 18th April the locals will be enjoying home talent such as Fat Freddy’s Drop and international stars like Nick Warren from Global Underground. Those not in that part of the world can also enjoy the festivities on Friday night before the festival and on the Sunday after, with guest DJs and surprise guest playing at Sandwiches and streamed live on Awdio.com.

Sinden is at the forefront of a new genre blending, boundary-blurring generation of producers with his production partner ‘The Count’ aka Hervé . The Count & Sinden’s Bleeper hit the dance-floors across the planet introducing their unique bass-heavy, ragga/rave sound into clubs everywhere. Sinden is currently touring Australia and New Zealand and those who aren’t in that part of the world can enjoy 2 shows live on Awdio.com, the first on Friday 3 Avril with Fake Blood at Coherent and then on the 4th April live from Sandwiches in New Zealand.
