No more T in London

T-Bar is the latest London club to close down when it shut its doors last week. The club, known for its loyal following, impressive line-ups and free parties had relocated to a venue in Houndsditch after its departure from Shoreditch’s T building at the end of 2008. Now, less than 2 years later it seems the party really is over this time. Read more

Favela Chic London is a restaurant, a bar, a club, a bordello and none of the above, It’s a gallery space, a wardrobe and an asylum, a celebration of Brazil and France and London, a rock ‘n’ roll circus that dances to a samba beat. A new star joins Awdio

DJ and club promoter Rob Star launched the Star of Bethnal Green in East London in April 2008 although it wasn’t quite finished. Finally in October 09 he celebrated the official opening and has agreed to be streamed live on Awdio.com. After a stint in Ibiza, promoting the club ‘home’ in London and running his own nights Ditched Disco (at T bar) and Mulletover, Rob decided that it was time he had is own venue. He bought The Pleasure Unit in Bethnal Green and with a little help from his friends turned it into the musical pub ‘The Star of Bethnal Green’. Read more
