london

Last weekend no less than 4 new venues were connected to the Awdio platform from London. It’s about time that we’ll be able to listen to the fresh sounds from the big smoke. You can cross the whole city and do a tour of London’s underground stopping in central London’s Piccadilly Circus for Bar Rumba, at Old Street for T-Bar, Camden Town for Bar Vinyl and Brixton for The Dogstar!

Bar Rumba, has been at the hub of the London club scene for 15 years. They have just re-launched with new musical director James Manero who has taken on the challenge of bringing London back to the centre of the European club scene!
Thurs 09 October: Sin City featuring N-TYPE, HATCHA, PLASTICIAN, SLT MOB LD
Fri 10 October: SKULL JUICE, JOE AND WILL ASK? (LIVE), WARBOY (NUKE EM ALL), OH DEF, ARROW, YEAH!, MANKIND, ALEX SHERIDAN,HENRY SELIGMAN
Sat 11 October: STEFAN GOLDMAN, SOHO, POL

T Bar is what Shoreditch’s all about, big spaces and the pinnacle of London cool. Check out top local and international house Djs from Thursday to Sunday.
Thur 9 October: Basic Needs- Melon Giles Smith
Fri 10 October: Ditched Disco every Friday Guy Noir Gower Ramsey

Bar Vinyl - Camden has become the tourist pit-stop for wacky clothes and the London look, but just out of the way is the record shop and bar Bar Vinyl where locals hang out on the weekends. Their website’s a bit out of date but we tuned in on Sunday afternoon and it sounded like an after-party was in full swing with minimal beats galore!

The Dogstar is Brixton’s most famous Dj bar serving Mexican food and distinctly British sounds. Live bands and DJs from all over come spin in the South. Disastronaut (previously interviewed here) has a Friday residency doing it doggy style apparently…
